About the Marketplace Account Executive role:


We are looking to recruit for a new position of Marketplace Account Executive.


In this role you will be responsible for providing the initial demonstrations of the YunoJuno value proposition and platform via online meetings with clients from a variety of sectors including Global Brands/Enterprises, Tech Start-Ups, Management Consultants and Advertising Agencies. Examples of the types of businesses that we work with are in the ‘about YunoJuno’ overview above.


In winning these new clients a high proportion of meetings will be booked for you, but some self-generation will be expected. You will be responsible for getting the prospective clients to the stage of posting their first Freelancer Brief on the YunoJuno platform and then facilitating a successful transition to our YJ Talent and Platform Success teams for ongoing customer management.


To be a success in this role, you will be a collaborative and consultative sales professional, who is able to effectively understand differing client needs and perspectives and provide optimal solutions that meet the requirements of your prospective clients. Whilst not essential, knowledge of the Advertising / Creative / Tech industries would be highly advantageous.


You will be comfortable engaging with, and proving value to, prospective customers in a diverse range of functions which could include a CEO/MD at an independent agency, Procurement or HR functions, Studio Managers or Creative Directors. Given that this position handles many of our most urgent leads, this is an office-based role, with potential for home office/flexible working once you are established. The successful candidate will, therefore, need to be highly organised, responsive, achievement oriented and, most important of all, someone who creates trust through delivering all of their promises to optimise the experience for our clients and Freelancers.
